WHATSAPP GROUP
All captains have been added to the group. All league match cards to be posted in this group not on the Facebook page but match cards should still be taken to the White Boar every 2 to 3 weeks and put in the box.
NEW SIGNINGS
A picture of all new signings must be put on the WhatsApp group BEFORE 8pm on MATCH NIGHTS and must be approved by the committee before they play (IF PLAYED BEFORE APPROVAL IT WILL BE CLASSED AS PLAYING AN UNREGISTERED PLAYER) and their signing on slip and fee must be put in the box at the White Boar by the Saturday after the match
MATCH CARDS
PLEASE PRINT YOUR INITIAL AND SURNAME CLEARLY ON THE MATCH CARDS, ANY PLAYER WHO DOES NOT PUT THEIR SURNAME ON THE CARD WILL NOT BE AWARDED THEIR WIN.
LEAGUE TROPHIES
Trophies will be awarded to the First, Second and Third places in each division.
There will be trophies for the Runners-Up and Winners in the -
Team Knockout, B & M Evans Trophy, Captains Cup, Ladies Individuals, and the Mixed Doubles Knockout
Trophies for the – Semi-Finalists, Runners-Up and Winners in the –
Individuals and Doubles Knockouts.
Winners of The Champion of Champions
Any teams or individuals failing to attend The Presentation Evening to collect their trophies will forfeit their right to their award.
